Registration Policies and Resources

Ticketed Events

Additional ticketed events, including networking opportunities and exursions in the host city, are available to all meeting attendees. Organizing groups include AOCS Divisions, Sections, and Common Interest Groups. We encourage you to add these ticketed events when registering as spots fill up quickly. You can learn more about these events here.

Guest tickets are also available for the Welcome Reception on Sunday and evening receptions on Monday and Tuesday.

Exhibit Personnel

Companies exhibiting at the annual meeting are invited to bring additional personnel to work the booth for US $395/person, regardless of the individual’s AOCS membership status. Please choose “Exhibit Personnel” as the registration option when advancing through the online system. Exhibit Personnel only have access to the Expo and the networking events taking place within the Expo Hall.

  • Submit only one registration per form or online session.
  • Registration cancellations need to be made in writing to the AOCS Registrar at karen.kesler@aocs.org. Registration cancellation and refund requests received on or before Friday March 29, 2024, will receive a refund of paid registration fee, less a US $50 administrative fee. Registration cancellation requests received after Friday March 29, 2024, will result in forfeiture of registration fees.

Attendee List Scam

AOCS does not sell email lists of members or meeting registrants. Distribution or other use of the list without AOCS’ express authorization is strictly prohibited. Third-party “pirate” companies reach out to delegates and exhibitors offering to sell these lists often with the primary objective of obtaining credit card information.
